Amaro from the Mountain! This Etna distillery was started in 1901 and produces a digestif with notes of rhubarb, orange peel, and sarsaparilla. The two month maceration time allows for a bright, bitter taste to emerge - representative of the mountain that creates so many interesting wines and spirits.
