Inconnu - California Dreaming

Inconnu is Laura Bissel, an ambitious winemaker with the desire to make unfussy, pleasureable, unmanipulated wines from California - hitting all the spots for us. She cut her teeth working under Matthiasson, one of the premiere wine producers out there, and has become a force in the new wave of west coast winemaking.The small one woman project continues to gain momentum and, and we’re very happy to have a new batch of wines to offer you! Wines this well made at this price point are a rarity coming from California.

Inconnu, Chenin Blanc, Clarksburg, 2017 (750ml) 
Honeycrisp apple, pear, and very subtle key lime pie. Clean and floral with balanced acidity. Absolutely delicious and understated. 12% ABV

Inconnu, Lalalu Rosé, 2018 (750ml)
A light copper hue in the glass. Notes of cantaloupe, white flowers, and underripe strawberry. Fresh and clean with enough herb and melon notes to stand up to a summer cookout. 11.5% ABV

Inconnu, Cabernet Sauvignon, Clarksburg, 2017 (750ml) 
Blackberry, black cherry, olive and a fistful of garden herbs. Tannins are smooth and integrated. Pretty and clean, this bottle will be drunk too fast, almost guaranteed. 13% ABV
