Liters of sunshine. Juicy, vibrant, and alive. Valentina Passalacqua makes these delicious, colorful bottles of southern Italian natural wine from inside Gargano National Park in Apricena, Puglia. The wines are made from spontaneous ferments, never fined or filtered, and have no sulfur additions. But hopefully you won’t be thinking about that, you’ll be more interested in the deliciousness of these wines and the array of fruit and spice notes that keeps you pouring. Montepulciano rosato that is a gorgeous pale red color. Apple skin and fresh oregano notes with cherry/strawberry coming through. Chill it on a hot day, chuggable. 10.5% ABV

Bombino Bianco with a golden color and citrus, herbaceous notes lifting vertical out of the glass. Fresh mint, apple, and zest. Yum. 11% ABV
