Though Rias Baixas isn't exactly known for their reds, this unique seaside blend of Espadeiro, Caino, and Mencia really sings. The ocean vibe comes through, and the result is red wine alive with salt, rocks, and campfire smoke. Vinified unfined and unfiltered and quite low in sulphur.
