Clos Floridene, Bordeaux Blanc, 2018 (750ml)

With this wine, we are near Sauternes and Barsac, in the town of Pujols-sur-Ciron. If this river is closely associated with the mists that favors noble rot, we are indeed in the presence of a dry white, classified in the Graves appellation. >>>

<<< The vines cover nearly 23 hectares with a thin layer of clayey sands rich in iron on a porous limestone base which allows good water circulation, especially in summer. The blend involves 55% sauvignon, 44% sémillon and a small percentage of muscadelle, which will be harvested by hand in two passages if necessary. Both the vinification and the 8 months of aging take place in oak barrels which are replaced by quarter each year.
