<<< The vineyard is located in Chacé, (between Tours and Angers) and covers 10 hectars in the Saumur and Saumur Champigny appellations. The incomparable quality of the wines in this area is largely due to its viticulture, which has been extremely demanding since at least the 1960s, with the practice of organic farming even before it was officially recognized. However, the field has never sought to be labeled. Thus, these vines, which have never experienced the slightest chemical exposure, wonderfully express the complexity of their terroir. The wine making is done with the least possible interventions and the maturing last at least two years.
