With a little over 4 hectares and an eventful geology (schists, basalt, sandstone, limestone), he delivers very precise craftsmanship to express his vision of the terroir. Like the labels, the range could not be more sober. It tends towards the essential, with a pure Cinsault that exalts the native finesse of the grape variety and a blend red in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, aged in ovoid concrete vats, deep, refined, with great straightforwardness.
