Indeed, Drouhin helped Armand's mother begin the conversion of the family's holdings to organic and biodynamic practices and Armand continued the process and now farms everything 100% biodynamically. In the cellar he is meticulous and careful, preferring to make the wines with as little intervention as possible. He wants his wines to showcase the clean, pure fruit and mineral terroirs of the vineyards that he so carefully maintains.
