A young winegrower living in the Côtes du Rhône, on an estate created in 1993 by her mother and stepfather, Julie is passionate about working the 'Gardois' land.
Of course, chemistry is prohibited in the vineyard as well as in the cellar. Only very low dose sulfur is tolerated. 'Métaphysique des Cuve's comes from a Grenache-Syrah-Cinsault blend. This is delicious! Quite dense, very typical of the south without lacking in freshness, this very pretty Côtes du Rhône spiced to perfection will do wonders with spicy dishes and will also age nicely.
