<<< The vine elevations range from 350-520 meters, volcanic soils. All work is done by hand. The vines are trained in the traditional trenzado method where the arms are braided. The estate is practicing organic. Wild yeast fermentation in neutral 500 liter foudres. The wine ages for 10 months in 500 liter neutral French oak foudres. In the 17th century the whites from the north of Tenerife were famous in the UK and some other export markets. The wines in those days were known as 'Vidonia'.
