The grapes are harvested by hand. Partial carbonic maceration occurs as well as natural malolactic fermentation. Wine is aged in old, neutral oak. 60% Carignan / 20% Grenache / 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh acidity, floral and bright berry notes.
