90% cinsault, 10% grenache : absolutely irresistible. "Zou Mai" means something like come on!, "a kind of Punk anthem that feels appropriate at the moment" says Almasa, who started with Philippe Pibarot in the Gard. No SO2 added, no sulphur, vegan.
