One of our favorite Soaves out there! Layers of green and yellow fruit, tart and bright with a touch of smoke. Easy to love. Small producer making wines with a lot of soul.

The former pizzaiolo behind this natural Garganega was called to the vines that are situated slightly out of the bounds of the Soave foothills. Expect something a little brighter than usual and then order a white pizza.

Valpolicella in the most classic way. Fresh and light, dancing on the palette with notes of violets, raspberries, and various black fruits. Drink this with just about anything..but especially if you are having yourself a creamy mushroom pasta dish.
